Charity is a culture. It does not matter how much strength and resources is devoted to good deeds. It is much more important that the need for this is clear.

Welfare Fund of Maritime Transport - "MORTRANS"
Dear Friends!
Today we live in very challenging times, so support and care from others is so important to each of us. Sometimes it's just a kind word, understanding, and belief in ourselves. But it happens that trouble breaks into people's lives, and it is simply impossible to overcome it alone. If you think about it, the desire to help one's neighbor is a state of mind, a striving that lives within us.
Establishing the Welfare Fund of Maritime Transport "MORTRANS", our team of like-minded professionals was confident that everyone has the capacity to do good. Over all these years, we have only become more convinced that we have chosen the right path. Throughout this time, we have been by the side of many people who had lost hope of finding a way out of difficult situations in their lives. We have done and continue to do everything possible to restore people's hope: we constantly provide psychological, moral, and financial assistance to those who are left alone with their troubles.
As the Nobel Prize-winning American writer Pearl S. Buck said, “Charity comes with open hands, its purpose – to give.”
